Terms of use

These terms apply to anyone who creates an account on Endzoned or uses the site. They are written to be read: if something is unclear, just ask us.
1. The service
Endzoned is a free NFL pick'em: pick the winner of every game, answer season questions, join groups with your friends and compare results. It is a fan project run by one person in his spare time. Endzoned is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, its teams or ESPN.
2. No money, no prizes
Playing is free and there is nothing to win: no entry fee, no stake, no prize, no cash-out. Endzoned is not a betting or gambling service. You must not use the site, its groups or its chat to organize bets, paid pools or any other money game between members; groups that do so may be closed. The odds that sometimes appear on game cards are for information only.
3. Who can play
You must be at least 15 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, make sure a parent or guardian is fine with you using the site.
4. Your account
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself and pick a username that is not offensive and does not impersonate anyone. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time from your account page.
5. Games, groups and scoring
Picks lock at kickoff. Each group chooses its game modes and scales (classic, confidence points, bonus questions, tier lists, bracket, player of the week, Survivor…): everything is explained on the rules page. Results come from public sports data and are computed automatically; an administrator may correct a result or a score after an error. Group owners settle disputes within their group.
6. What you post
You are responsible for what you post: chat messages, group names and descriptions, franchise names, avatars. It must respect the law and other people: no harassment, hate, threats, spam, advertising, personal data of others or illegal content. You keep your rights over it and let us display it on the site for as long as needed to run the game (chat messages stay in their group after you leave, signed “Deleted account” if you delete your account).
7. Moderation and reporting
Group owners and admins moderate their group (deleting messages, removing members). Site administrators can remove content, suspend an account or exclude a player from the Open League when these terms are broken; the reason is recorded and you can contest it by writing to nflpredictions@olileo.fr. To report illegal or abusive content, write to the same address with a link or a description: we look at every report quickly.
8. Sports data
Schedules, scores, logos and news come from ESPN's public feeds, which are not an official partnership. They are provided as is and may be late, incomplete or wrong. We fix what we can, but we cannot guarantee them.
9. Supporting Endzoned
If you like the site, you can help pay for hosting with a donation through the Support button (an outside platform such as Ko-fi, under its own terms). Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except where the law or the platform says otherwise. They give no advantage in the game: no points, no extra feature, no influence on standings or rules. If you ask, a Supporter badge can be shown next to your username; it is purely cosmetic and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
10. Advertising
There are no ads on Endzoned today. If that ever changes, it will be announced on the site beforehand and will follow these terms and the privacy policy. Advertising for betting or gambling will never be accepted.
11. Intellectual property
Team names, logos and other marks belong to their owners and are only used to identify teams. The site's code, texts and original visuals belong to its author; please do not copy them without asking.
12. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the site running and the data accurate, but the service is provided as is, without any guarantee. It may be interrupted for maintenance or stopped at any time; we will try to warn you in advance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or for the consequences of using the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
13. Changes
These terms may change; the current version is always on this page with its date. For an important change, we will tell players on the site before it applies. If you do not agree with the new terms, you can delete your account; continuing to play means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to settle things amicably. If you live outside France, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country, and you can go to the courts where you live.
